Roles and responsibilities for Manager Supply Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Industry knowledge of multiple Vendors and collateral across geographies
  • Manage new and existing vendors for onboarding, payout and evaluation.
  • Compliance knowledge of Vehicle onboarding & CRM
  • Establish relationships and credibility with existing Vendors.
  • Able to build networks to bring in more leads".
  • Knowledge of relationship between Cost and quality of lead generation
  • Good understanding on the ROI.
  • Understanding of concept of Demand -Supply mismatches in common scenario 
  • Analyse in make or buy decisions, price, cost, quality and other related matrices.
  • Build and implement models to support the demand and supply mismatches"
  • Knowledge of practices for Market coverage across geographies. Knowledge of Profiling process
  • Can generate acceptable level of onboarding within the budget expense amount.
  • Knowledge of various ways to improve the branding
  • Well Prepared for the pitching of the product but skips keep in mind the competition
  • Completes the paper work/MIS with minor misses."
  • Knowledge of various styles of negotiation and understanding the applications of the same.
  • Knowledge of Market scenario to understand vendor's position and bargaining power and be able to negotiate and/or participate in negotiations with some support.
  • Knowledge of competitors
  • Research and use data from a range of sources to make robust fact-based decisions; make available choices clear and simple to stakeholders.
  • Able to reach to a win win situation and have an understanding of where to take a final call."
