The Human Resource Manager plans, manages and executes HR initiatives, leads employee relations, partners with key operational staff, and provides management consultation in collaboration with other internal stakeholders. Role Description• Employee Relations - Apply conflict management skills to facilitate resolution when associate-to-associate or manager-to- associate conflict arises.
